Refunds & withdrawal

All sales of digital e-books are final

Our e-books are digital content delivered instantly. Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, as long as you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you know you lose this right. We ask for that consent with a checkbox before checkout — without it the order cannot be completed. For this reason we do not offer refunds once the download is available.

If a file does not work

If a file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened, write to my@blusabook.com with your order number (it starts with “BB-”). We will send you a working file. Your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract are not affected.

Paperbacks: 14-day right of withdrawal

Printed books are physical goods, so the usual EU right of withdrawal applies: you may withdraw within 14 days after you receive the paperback, without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail at my@blusabook.com (a short message with your order number is enough) and send the book back within 14 days. We refund the book price and the original standard shipping within 14 days after we receive the book or proof that you sent it, using the same payment method. The cost of returning the book is yours.

A paperback that arrives damaged or with a printing fault is replaced free of charge — see Paperback shipping.
