Paperback shipping
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Our paperbacks are printed on demand for every order and shipped straight to you with tracking.
How it works
When you order a paperback, it is printed in full colour at the print facility of our printing partner Lulu that is closest to you — in the European Union (France), the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or Australia — and shipped from there. Printing usually takes 3–5 working days. You receive an e-mail with a tracking link as soon as your book ships.
Where we ship
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
Books for the European Union are printed inside the EU, so there are no customs formalities or import fees for EU addresses.
Shipping price and delivery time
The shipping price depends on the destination and the number of books. You see the exact price and the estimated delivery time in the cart after choosing your country, before you pay. The estimate includes printing and transit; peak seasons and holidays can add a few days.
Damaged or misprinted books
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing fault, send a photo to contact@blusa.eu within 30 days with your order number (it starts with “BB-”). We will send a new copy free of charge.
Cancelling and returning a paperback
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase of a paperback within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to contact@blusa.eu; we will tell you the return address. We refund the price of the book and the original shipping within 14 days after we get the book back (or proof that you sent it). The cost of sending the book back is yours. Full details are in Refunds & withdrawal.
